About WeOrthodox

What is WeOrthodox?

WeOrthodox is a curated feed of Orthodox Christian content from across the web: YouTube channels, Reddit communities, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, X and blogs. Instead of showing everything, we keep only posts and videos that started a real conversation.

How posts are chosen

Our system regularly checks every source. A post makes it into the feed only when it has several thoughtful, well-liked comments. Short reactions such as “thank you” or “amen” do not count as a discussion.

Summaries and key moments

Each post gets a short summary and a list of main points. Videos also get a summary with timecodes, so you can jump straight to the part that interests you.

What are “opinions”?

We do not publish anyone’s nickname or original words. Every comment from the source is retold in new words and shown as “opinion#number”. Inside one discussion the same colour marks the same participant, so you can follow who answers whom. Comments under a nickname are written by registered members of WeOrthodox.

Languages

Sources can be in any language. Everything is available in English and in Ukrainian.
